Project Management, Network Installation and Configuration.
Narrative Description of Project:
This project was funded by Ministry of Defense in order
to implement a Local Area Network in the Ministry's Main
Training Department. The project team as part of the project
has installed the network cabling, installation and configuration
of Microsoft Windows 2000 Advanced Server, Microsoft Exchange
Server and Proxy Server. The network also included the installation
and configuration of 21 Client computers and network printers.
At the end of the installation work TeKNet Ethiopia has
provided network administration training for the IT staff
and end-users training for all the network users. TeKNet
also provided the required technical and training manuals.
